The property size required will vary depending on the size of your restaurant and your local regulations for things like water retention and parking. We suggest about a minimum of one acre to begin with. It is best to consult with a site engineer familiar with your local ordinances before purchasing the land for your site.

2. Does Valiant offer financing?

We do not offer any in-house financing, but we have partnered with Paramount Financial to offer financing services to our customers. The best financing options are normally through your local bank.

3. Does Valiant offer other models?

Yes, we can build all types of buildings including drive-thru restaurants and convenience stores. We will design and build to your specifications. Even the models shown can be customized for your needs.

4. What about colors, fabrics and seating design?

Your seating and tables are fully customizable. Our experienced team will work with you to choose the best quality fabrics, seating, and interior design options for you.

5. How long will construction take? When can I anticipate delivery?

Depending on the size and style of your restaurant, construction and delivery can be completed within 60 to 90 days.

6. What type of equipment does Valiant provide with my diner?

We use the most reliable in name brand equipment such as Hobart, Vulcan, True, Hamilton Beach, Vitro, Trane Air Conditioners, and CaptiveAire hoods.

7. Is there a Warranty?

Your building carries a one year guarantee against defects from material or workmanship. All equipment carries a one year parts and labor warranty from the manufacturer.
